Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

Credit Card Payments:

Please Note: Company policy requires that the credit card be present at checkout. We are unable to process “card on file” transactions.

Due to an increase in fraudulent transactions we are no longer able to process any transactions using a stored credit card. If you are booking for another person you will need to verify card ownership before we can accept third party payment Please call the spa to complete verification before the appointment begins.

 

Cancellation:

We understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances can arise, so we strive to accommodate our clients with flexibility. However, please be mindful that when appointments are forgotten or canceled without sufficient notice, it affects our ability to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for services. Therefore, we have implemented the following policy:

    1. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount or your entire deposit, whichever is greater.

 

    1. “NO SHOW” appointments will be charged 100% of the price of the reserved service.

 

    1. Appointments made within the 24-hour period are non-refundable.

 

    1. A credit card deposit transaction will be required to reserve the appointment time.

 

    1. For group bookings (4 or more people) or packages, a credit card must be provided to hold the reservation. Group bookings or packages not canceled 72 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

 

  1. Please note that for all bookings at our Monterey location, a 20% service fee will be added during the checkout process. This service fee is additional to the cost of the services and will be calculated based on the total service amount.

             

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment instead of canceling it, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling fee of $30 per client, per treatment. We appreciate your understanding that a late reschedule has a similar impact on our schedule as a cancellation, as it prevents us from filling that time slot with another client.

Late Arrival:

We request that clients arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and relaxation, and to ensure the full duration of your treatment. In the event of a late arrival, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, please note that your appointment will still conclude at the scheduled time, and full service charges will apply. DESUAR Spa also reserves the right to cancel an appointment of any client that has not arrived 30 minutes after their scheduled start time, without a refund.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
