Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that plans can change,  and unexpected things come up, so we gladly accept cancellations and reschedules without penalty. However, please understand that when you forget your appointment, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please call us as soon s possible. If you call outside of our business hours please leave a detailed voicemail, we do check our voicemail frequently, or email us at, your request will be treated as if we received it at the time the email was sent.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will follows:

  • More than 6-hours before your scheduled service: No charge applies.

  • Less than 6-hours notice:

    • Cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

    • Rescheduling will result in a charge as follows:

      • 30-min appointment – $15/person

      • 50-min appointment – $30/person

      • 80-min or longer appointment – $45/person

  • PLEASE NOTE: Appointments booked within 6 hours of treatment time, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Any group bookings (4 or more people), or packages must be held with a credit card. Group bookings or packages not cancelled 48-hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card “HOLD” transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

COVID-19 Addendum:

Due to limited availability, and reduced staffing, we are requiring 50% Deposit for all services. You WILL be charged at the time of booking.

Please Note: For appointments booked less than 6-hours in advance, deposits are Non-Refundable.

DESUAR spa return policy

DESUAR spas will be happy to accept returns on most any merchandise purchased from the spa within 15 days of purchase, with a valid receipt, except as follows: Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics and fragrances. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. Clothing and lingerie, sale items, and ‘as is’ items, are non-returnable.
