Natural wood tones, high ceilings, and comfortable relaxation areas create a restful atmosphere. Founder Deisy Suarez’s travel-inspired approach brings together attentive care and a setting that encourages you to unwind.

The spa includes separate men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, robes and sandals for your visit, two lounge areas, a makeup station, and a beverage and snack area. A complimentary glass of sparkling wine welcomes guests, subject to availability.

The original location offering includes access to the hotel’s outdoor heated pool. Please confirm current pool and amenity access with the spa before booking, as availability and booking eligibility may vary.

Our retail area offers skincare, beauty tools, hair care, sun care, and other spa essentials. Ask the team about currently available bathing suits, makeup, and other retail items.

Parking + Arrival

Hotel parking may be available but cannot be guaranteed. Two-hour street parking is also available along Munras Avenue. Check posted restrictions and contact the spa for current arrival guidance.

Before Your Appointment

Please bring your physical credit card to checkout. We cannot process stored-card payments. If you are paying for another guest, call before the appointment to complete card-ownership verification.

Please call your spa as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Notice requirements, deposits, late changes, and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

A 20% service fee is added at checkout, calculated on the total service amount and additional to the listed treatment price. It supports staff, operating costs, and the spa’s service standards.
