Thoughtfully designed treatment rooms, sauna and steam facilities, plush robes, sandals, and a welcome glass of sparkling wine form part of the location’s offering. Santa Cruz does not have a traditional relaxation lounge. Amenities and inclusions depend on availability and booking type; confirm your access before visiting.

Browse current Santa Cruz massage and facial deals. Purchase your voucher online, then call the spa to book and redeem it. Each offer has its own terms and availability.

Parking + Finding the Spa

Valet parking: $5 for non-hotel guests, subject to availability. Ask the DE SUAR front desk about validation. If hotel parking is full, metered street parking may be available.

The spa is on the second floor. The hotel elevator requires a room key for access to that floor, so non-hotel guests should contact the spa for help with arrival and accessible access arrangements.

From the main lobby or restaurant/bar: face the bar and use the staircase directly to its left. The stairs lead to the spa entrance on the second floor.

From valet or the parking area:

1. Take the elevator to the first floor, at lobby level.
2. Exit and turn left.
3. Find the bar and lounge area ahead.
4. Use the staircase just to the left of that area to reach the spa.

Call 831-246-8821 if you need assistance. Please contact us before arrival if stairs are not suitable for you so the team can discuss access.

Before Your Appointment

Please bring your physical credit card to checkout. We cannot process stored-card payments. If you are paying for another guest, call before the appointment to complete card-ownership verification.

Please call your spa as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Notice requirements, deposits, late changes, and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

The 20% hotel-location service fee is additional to listed service prices; the site footer gives the locations where it applies.
