GIFT CARD POLICY

     

    Gift Card Validity:

    Our spa gift cards are valid for a specified period, typically 3 years, from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the gift card is used within this validity period. After that, we return the card back to the State of California. 

     

    Non-Refundable:

    Gift card purchases are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.

     

    Transferability:

    Gift cards can be transferred to another person if desired. However, once a gift card has been used to redeem services or products, it becomes non-transferable.

     

    Lost or Stolen Cards:

    Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of gift cards.

     

    Gift Card Redemption:

    Gift cards can be redeemed for services and/or products offered at our spas. If the value of the gift card exceeds the total purchase amount, the remaining balance will be stored on the gift card for future use. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted form of payment.

     

    Booking with Gift Cards:

    When making a reservation using a gift card, please inform our staff and provide the gift card number. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service or purchase.

     

    Exclusions:

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. They may not be applicable for certain promotional offers or discounted services unless explicitly stated.

     

    Non-Transferable to Membership or Package:

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase spa memberships or packages unless otherwise specified.

     

    Service Pricing:

    The value of the gift card will be applied towards the current pricing of the services or products at the time of redemption. If there are any changes in pricing, the gift card value will be adjusted accordingly.

     

    Promotional vouchers & Gift Cards:

    Promotional gift cards and vouchers cannot be combined with any other offers. Additionally, the promotional value of all offers expires 90 days after purchase.

    At DESUAR SPA, we strive to provide the best spa experiences to our clients and ensure smooth operations for our services, this includes gift card redemptions. To maintain the integrity of our gift card program, we have implemented the following policy:

    Same-Day Redemption: Clients are not permitted to redeem gift cards with a total value of over $200 on the same day of purchase.
     
    72-Hour Waiting Period: For gift cards with a total value exceeding $150, clients must wait for a minimum of 72 hours after the purchase date before redeeming them.
     
    Verification Procedure: To redeem a gift card of over $150 on the same day of purchase, the purchaser must contact DESUAR SPA for credit card confirmation and undergo an identity theft check. This procedure ensures the security and validity of the transaction.

    This policy is designed to reduce or prevent fraudulent use of gift cards and maintain a high level of security for our clients and business. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
