We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from DESUAR Spa. Here are some guidelines for our return policy:

 

Most products & merchandise & gift cards purchased from the spa can be returned within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt, and in original condition. 

 

Please note that open products are not eligible for returns.

 

When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.

Sales items are final sale

 

Please note that items purchased from DESUAR.com can be returned at the spa.

At DESUAR Spa, we strive to provide a safe and secure environment for all our guests. However, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items during your visit to our spa. We strongly recommend that you take necessary precautions to safeguard your personal belongings.

To help minimize the risk of lost or stolen items, we suggest the following:

  • Keep valuables secure: Please ensure that you keep your valuable items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, and important documents with you at all times or store them in a secure locker provided by the spa.

  • Supervise your belongings: While using our spa facilities or receiving treatments, please keep an eye on your personal belongings and do not leave them unattended.

  • Use lockers: We offer lockers for your convenience. We encourage you to utilize them to store your belongings securely during your visit. Please remember to remove all your belongings from the locker before leaving.

  • Report any incidents promptly: If you believe that an item has been lost or stolen, please notify our staff immediately. We will do our best to assist you and take appropriate action to address the situation.

  • It is important to note that DESUAR Spa does not assume liability for lost or stolen items, and any claims for such incidents will not be entertained. We strongly recommend that you have appropriate insurance coverage for your personal belongings.

  • Lost items will be kept in our Lost and Found for a period of 30 days. During this time, you may claim your lost item by providing a detailed description and proof of ownership. We will make every effort to reunite you with your belongings.

  • After 30 days, unclaimed items will be donated to a local organization or charity. This allows us to free up space and ensure that the items find a new purpose in the community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. DESUAR spa return policy

DESUAR spas will be happy to accept returns on most any merchandise purchased from the spa within 15 days of purchase, with a valid receipt, except as follows: Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics and fragrances. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. Clothing and lingerie, sale items, and ‘as is’ items, are non-returnable. All refunds are for SPA RETAIL CREDIT ONLY for future product purchases. No cash refunds. The spa does not accept returns on items purchased from DESUAR.com.
