    Online gift cards cannot be redeemed within five business days of purchase unless the purchaser completes identity and payment verification and DE SUAR approves early redemption. Contact the spa before booking if you need to redeem sooner.

    DE SUAR gift cards are redeemable at any of our spa locations, regardless of where they were purchased: DTLA at The Westin Bonaventure, Hollywood, Monterey at Casa Munras, and Santa Cruz at Courtyard by Marriott.

    Gift cards can be redeemed for services and products offered at our spas. From massage and facials to home care, your recipient can choose how to use their gift. Treatment availability varies by location.

    How to Redeem

    1. Choose your DE SUAR spa and contact the team to book.
    2. Let the team know you will be using a gift card and provide the card number when reserving.
    3. Present your gift card at the time of your service or purchase.

    Any remaining balance stays on the card for future use. If your purchase exceeds the balance, pay the difference with another accepted payment method. Gift card value applies to current service and product prices.

    Before You Purchase

    Please review our Gift Card Policy before purchasing, especially if your recipient plans to visit soon. The policy also covers transfers, exclusions, refunds, and lost or stolen cards.
