Parking + Arrival
Westin Bonaventure valet validation: $10. Ask at the DE SUAR front desk. The parking entrance is at 451 S Flower Street, Los Angeles, CA 90071.
Valet parking is subject to availability. If hotel parking is full, nearby self-pay alternatives include the World Trade Center, City National Plaza, and metered street parking. Follow posted restrictions and confirm current rates.
Before Your Appointment
Please bring your physical credit card to checkout. We cannot process stored-card payments. If you are paying for another guest, call before the appointment to complete card-ownership verification.
Please call your spa as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Notice requirements, deposits, late changes, and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
The Westin location’s service fee includes a 15% gratuity for your therapist and helps cover operating costs and amenities. The total fee is 20%, additional to listed service prices.
